The desperation of waiting comes to the end…(hopefully). My friend, informed me that my laptop will be ready for full ‘use’ today. Yahooo!!!..I feel very happy and no words can describe my joy and happiness. So, tonite, maybe I will check first everything in my PB before further blogging. But for a meantime, why not I tell you some stories about what happen last week.
First of all, Happy Father Day to my lovely dad. I love you so much. As you can see in the TV the whole last week, most of the programs evolve on ‘fatherly’ issues which I found very entertaining and yet a bit sad…
Last Friday, I went to watch a movie Blood: The Last Vampire…The storyline quite mess but the action is extremely gross. I don’t have words in my mind to describe about the movie. But one thing that I can comment, to many actions and blood but the story so confusing. The movie is about ‘Saya’ who want to search for ‘Onigen’ which is known as Blood Sucker. Previously, the Onigen killed ‘Saya’ guardian and ‘Saya’ wanted to seek revenge on her guardian’s death. If I not mistaken, this movie is illustrated based on the Japanese cartoon series. If somebody asking my view about the film, I just frankly say, ‘better wait for DVD’…(then you can continue the rest of the sentence).
Besides movie, I also watched 2 DVDs which I ‘claim’ very interesting and consider as ‘must watch’ movie (for those who love to spend their spare time watching DVD). The DVDs are Made Of Honor and Milk. These DVDs carry 2 different genres. Made Of Honor is a love story about a guy who treat his ‘girlfriend’ as a normal friend at the beginning. Then he realizes that the ‘girlfriend’ is everything when she goes to Scotland for 6 weeks. Once the ’girlfriend’ come back, he plans to propose her but something unexpected happens…(so buy the DVD to know further!!!). Unlike Made Of Honor, Milk is based on true story about a gay politician named Harvey Milk. He was very popular back then in 1973. He died in 1978. The movie evolves around Harvey’s private life and his struggle in political world. Being ‘gay’ as isolated gender leads him to become the leader to represent the ‘gay’ rights and prevent them (gay) to be oppressed. I salute Sean Penn who acts as Harvey Milk in this movie. He is really in character as a gay activist. He deserves the Oscar trophy….
