
Something that I particular about nowadays are my health and my body figure. I don’t want to be extremely fat and I also don’t want to be infected with several of harm disease due to lack of taking care of my health. Last Friday, I went lunch together with my boss at one of famous restaurant in that area. I ordered something that not so oily but also not so fattening. My boss told me that the meal that I order was not complex (which is not consist of multi nutrition). I felt very scared when he added that I looked big as compared to last time and my body currently is developing ‘spare tire’. So funny yet scary me in many ways. I am not marry yet and I don’t want to be fat before the time due…(in case). You can suffer several health problems if you ignore it. I’m aware and take note about my boss’ comment, but I don’t put such effort to control and subsequently reduce my weight. I aware nonetheless don’t have initiative to start…That is ‘LAZY’…...I think, I need to hire a person who can motivate me to exercise and do some beneficial activities that could sweat me and eventually reduce my weight (I don’t want to turn fat!!!). So when I should start? Any taught to share? Please twit me or leave your comment here.
